Creamettes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 ounces creamettes macaroni
    1 lb ground beef (or mix with pork)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup black olives
    4 cups tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups creamed corn (drain if using kernel)
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    4 teaspoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 dash cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
    1 cup corn chips
    8 ounces sour cream
Preparation
    Prepare creamettes by directions on box. Drain.
    Brown meat, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain fat.
    Add macaroni, olives, tomatoes with liquid, corn, tomato sauce, cheese and spices.
    Pour into a 3 quart casserole.
    Top with corn chips.
    Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream.
