Devilled Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg lamb chop
    1 tablespoon oil
    1/2 cup water
    2 teaspoons curry powder
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1/2 cup fruit chutney
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all but lamb together and pour into baking dish.
    Coat both sides of chops.
    Bake uncovered at 180C for 45min.
