Baby Spinach Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups firmly packed Baby Spinach
    1/2 cup walnuts
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 garlic cloves
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients in a food processor.
    Enjoy with hot pasta, salads or as a spread for sandwiches.
