Homemade Amarula Ice-Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g cream cheese
    250 g mascarpone cheese
    250 g creme fraiche
    2 eggs
    250 ml sugar
    80 ml Amarula cream liqueur
    200 g peanut brittle
Preparation
    Cream the eggs and sugar, combine with rest of the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
    Pour into a glass bowl and freeze for 2-3 hours.
    Serve with extra Amarula Cream and peanut brittle.
