Clam Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, medium, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 pepper, green, chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pie shell, unbaked
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon parsley
3 (6 ounce) cans clams, undrained, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 Ritz crackers, stacks, crushed
Preparation

Saute first 4 ingredients for 5 to 6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; mix. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
