Ingredients

1 lb lean meat, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except meat in a large ziploc bag.
Shake to combine.
Add sliced meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Dry in dehydrator for about 5 hours.
