Chicken Chunk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 boneless chicken breasts
    1 (10 ounce) can campbell's tomato soup or (10 ounce) can any tomato sauce
    fresh parsley, the leaves only finely chopped (optional)
    1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
    1 plum tomato, cubed
    3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    3 -5 tablespoons white wine
Preparation
    wash chicken, cut into bite size pieces, cook thoroughly season to taste.
    mix in tomato soup, parsley, mushrooms, white wine,and tomato in with chicken, let sit on medium heat until the sauce bubbles.
    mix well. remove dish from burner, add mozzarella cheese.
