Bee Candy - cooking recipe

20 lbs white sugar
1 quart water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Preparation

Put 1 quart of water and vinegar in big pot bring to a boil. When it comes to a boil add 10lbs of sugar bring this to a boil. Then add the other 10lbs of sugar, bring this to a boil. (its a bubbly boil) let it boil for 5 minutes. (You also want to make sure the sugar is dissolved as much as possible.) Pour immediately into molds. If you let it set to long after the 5 minutes the candy will come out lumpy. Please have your molds set up before you start. This recipe takes around 45 minutes.
Also you want to adjust your heat accordingly, not to burn the mixture.
