Carob "Cocoa", Hot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons carob powder (unsweetened)
1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
6 -8 ounces unsweetened soymilk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
sugar or another sweetener, to taste
Preparation

In a small saucepan, whisk together dry ingredients.
Gradually add soy milk to keep mixture smooth.
Heat, stirring often, until hot.
Stir in vanilla.
Add a natural sweetener to taste, if desired.
