Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon canola oil
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon red curry paste
    1 teaspoon sugar
    12 ounces shrimp
    1/3 cup light coconut milk
    2 teaspoons fish sauce
    1/4 cup green onion
    1 tablespoon basil, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil and saute onions over medium high heat.
    Add curry paste and saute 1 minute.
    Stir in sugar, saute 15 seconds.
    Add shrimp, saute 3 minutes (or until done).
    Stir in coconut milk and fish sauce and heat through.
    Remove from heat and stir in green onions and basil.
