Fruit Cake (May Be Suitable For Diabetic'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups mixed fruit
    1 1/2 cups orange juice
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    2 cups self-raising flour
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Place fruit, orange juice and spices into a large saucepan and boil. Simmer for five minutesand leave to cool.
    Sift in the flour, and add the eggs. Pour into a greased and lined cake tin. Cook in slow oven for one hour.
