Five Spice Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 1/2 teaspoons Chinese five spice powder (available in the ethnic foods section)
    2 tablespoons brandy
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spoon into a container.
    Cover and freeze until firm.
    May be frozen for up to four days.
