Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups tomato juice (can also use V8, Clamato, or a mix of these)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce (optional)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 -2 garlic clove, minced fine (to taste)
3 -4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped fine
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped fine
1/4 red onion, chopped fine
6 radishes, chopped fine
1 avocado, cut into small cubes (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large, non-reactive container.
Store in the refrigerator.
