Portabella Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 portabella mushrooms
    salt
    pepper
    olive oil
    1 head romaine lettuce
    cherry tomatoes
    Dressing
    2/3 cup oil
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
    Mushrooms: Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
    Broil 8-10 minutes on low.
    Dressing: Combine all ingredients and whisk.
    Place lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and dressing in large salad bowl. Toss.
