Quick Mini Chicken And Waffles Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup rotisserie-cooked chicken, finely chopped
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    3/4 cup barbecue sauce
    1 (11 ounce) box eggo mini waffles
    1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together cooked chopped chicken, cheese and bbq sauce in a medium bowl; microwave on HIGH for 1 to 11/2 minutes to warm. Toast waffles in the toaster until lightly browned; top each with a teaspoonful or two of chicken mixture. Sprinkle with green onions.
