Mushroom Egg Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/3 cup milk
    6 teaspoons parmesan cheese
    16 shiitake mushrooms
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    salt, pepper
    scallion, chives (optional)
Preparation
    .Wisk eggs with milk; saute mushrooms in olive oil. Spoon mushroom to muffin tins and add egg mixture to 3/4 full. Bake 15 min at 400\u00b0F.
