One Minute Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon milk
    salt and pepper (optional)
    1/2 cup melted butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in small measuring cup in microwave.
    In a separate bowl whisk together egg yolks, lemon juice, milk and S&P if using.
    Slowly whisk in melted butter a bit at a time to egg yolk mixture.
    Cook in microwave on medium heat, VERY important to whisk every 15 seconds for one minute or until done.
    Serve immediately.
    (for a more savoury dish substitute red wine vinegar for lemon juice and sprinkle in dried tarragon - chicken yumminess).
