Beef Stew (Scd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs stew beef
    2 lemons (use juice)
    2 cups beef stock
    2 onions, chopped
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 cup chopped green chili (hot or mild)
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 teaspoons oregano
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
    Marinate beef in lemon juice 8 hours or overnight.
    Place all ingredients in an oven proof casserole dish (or slow cooker) and bake at 250F (low) for about 12 hours.
