Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 garlic clove (crushed)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 lb mushroom
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix everything and let sit overnight.
    You may store in refrigerator, but let them warm to room temperature before eating so they don't congeal.
