Don'T Throw Away That Turkey Carcass!!!! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey carcass, practically picked clean
    2 bay leaves
    2 onions, peeled and quartered
    2 carrots
    1 sprig thyme
Preparation
    Toss everything into a large stock pot.
    Add enough water to cover.
    Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Strain.
