Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (Ibs Safe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup yogurt or 1 cup soy yogurt
1/4 - 1/2 1/4-1/2 cup rice milk or 1/4-1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, scant
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg, scant
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves, scant
4 ice cubes
Preparation

Combine all in blender and blend until smooth.
Add additional milk if too thick.
