Fried Cabbage (Pruzuna Kapusta) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage, shredded
water
vinegar
olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fill pot with shrdded cabbage (pack in).
cover with water and boil down until reduced.
Drain off water.
pour on vinegar generously and toss.
Drain off vinegar.
Add salt and pepper to taste and enough olive oil or margarine to brown.
Don't stir too much.
