Velvet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Blend in flour but do NOT brown.
    Stir in broth and heavy cream.
    Cook quickly until sauce bubbles and thickens.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve!
