Andy'S Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 number 10 size cans ketchup
    1 quart white vinegar
    1 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon dried rosemary
    1 tablespoon dried thyme
    2 tablespoons liquid smoke
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and use to marinate skirt steaks for 24 hours. The marinade is then scraped off the sauce and both sides of the steak are blotted dry with a paper towel before grilling.
