Tomato-Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 seedless cucumber, sliced
    1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
    2 cups small vine-ripened tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing
    1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    salt
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Put sliced vegetables in a medium bowl.
    Mix dressing ingredients and toss to coat veggies.
    TIP: Grape or cherry tomatoes (halved) may be substituted.
