Chorizo (Mexican Sausage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground lean pork
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons chili powder (to taste)
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons oregano
    1 teaspoon cumin
    3 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill before using.
