Vegepate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup of grounded sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup nutritional yeast (not the baking type)
    1 large minced onion
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 grated raw potato
    1/2 cup margarine (soya is recommended in this recipe)
    1 1/2 cups hot water
    thyme (to taste)
    basil (to taste)
    sage (to taste)
    salt
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Pour in a pyrex dish.
    Bake for 1 hour (180C/350F).
    Cool and remove from pyrex dish.
