Southern Living'S Cream Cheese Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 refrigerated pie crust, unbaked
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup light corn syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the 1/2 cup sugar, egg, salt, and cream cheese. Spoon into crust.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over filling.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
    Cool and serve.
