Peppermint Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter, softened
    5 cups icing sugar
    2 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract (to taste)
    2 -3 tablespoons cream, 10%
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    whip butter.
    blend in icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of half and half.
    add egg whites and BEAT! until fluffy.
    mix in peppermint extract.
    Be sure to taste!
