Green Salad With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicory lettuce (medium size head)
    1 small head leafy lettuce
    1/2 lb swiss cheese, cut into cubes
    2 tablespoons drained capers
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons wine vinegar
    1 -2 teaspoon sharp prepared mustard
    1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicory and lettuce; tear into bite-sized pieces and refrigerate.
    When ready to serve, put greens in a salad bowl.
    Add cheese and capers; toss lightly.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad; toss. Serve at once.
