" Marmalade Tiger" - A Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
    3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
    4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    4 eggs
    1/3 cup unsifted flour
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1 (8 ounce) jar orange marmalade
    3 -5 drops red food coloring (optional)
    3 -5 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F
    Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9\" springform pan.
    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, flour, and vanilla; mix well.
    Divide batter in half. Add marmalade to 1/2 of batter, and add red and yellow food color for that tiger orange look (if you like); mix well. Pour vanilla batter into prepared pan. Top evenly with orange batter.
    Bake 50 - 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool. Chill thoroughly; refrigerate leftovers.
