Andy'S Fairfield Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    3/4 cup sesame seeds
    3/4 cup applesauce
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ginger
    1/3 1/3 cup rice malt syrup or 1/3 cup golden syrup
    1/4 cup honey
    3/4 cup light brown sugar
    2 cups whole almonds
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    2 tablespoons sunflower oil
    2 cups raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
    Mix everything (except the raisins) together.
    Spread on baking sheets and bake for 40-60 minutes (till evenly golden, after one turning).
    Cool and add raisins.
