Ingredients

1 (15 1/4 ounce) can string beets, rinsed and drained
1 red onion, thinly sliced rings (optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

In a glass mixing bowl add the rinsed beets and the remaining ingredients.
Mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
