Quick 'N' Dirty Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
8 ounces crabmeat (canned is fine for this)
8 ounces shrimp (I used fresh but cut up)
2 1/2 cups diced tomatoes (if canned, use the liquid too)
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste, mix in
1 cup water
2 (15 ounce) cans chicken gumbo soup
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

In large saucepan, saute onions and green peppers in olive oil until onions just start to change color.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer on low at least twenty minutes.
Great served with big spoonfuls of cooked white rice!
