Mock Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drain out the bean juice. (can save this as aquafaba)
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 large dill pickle, diced
    1 -2 tablespoon dulse flakes
    1 teaspoon dried dill
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain the garbanzo (chickpeas). Put the beans in a bowl and mash with a potato masher until soft paste-like consistency. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Optional : could add tabasco sauce, dried chili flake or black pepper if you like spicier 'tuna' salad.
