Ingredients

1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup skim milk
Preparation

Mix everything together except milk.
Bring to a full boil, then cook for 3 minutes more.
Remove from burner and let cool for 5 minutes.
Whisk in milk slowly.
Serve warm.
