Limoncello Collins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 paper thin lemon slices
ice
16 ounces limoncello
12 ounces gin
8 ounces fresh lemon juice
16 ounces chilled club soda
8 mint sprigs
Preparation

Press 3 lemon slices each to the insides of 8 collins or pilsner glasses.
Fill a pitcher two-thirds with ice. Add the limincello, gin and lemon juice and stir well.
Add the club soda and stir again. Carefully pour into the prepared classes and garnish each with a mint sprig.
