Garlic Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) box fettuccine, cooked
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
    1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
    1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Add butter to a large skillet and melt.
    Add garlic and saute until just golden.
    Pour in evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Boil 2-3 minutes.
    Add cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss cooked fettuccine with sauce and parsley.
    Serve immediately.
