Peppered Pork And Wine Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
    1 cup beef broth
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 teaspoons finely crushed peppercorns
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    2 tablespoons cold water
    salt and pepper
    1/4 cup minced chives or 1/4 cup parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except vinegar, cornstarch, water, salt, pepper and chives in a slow cooker.
    Cook on high 3-4 hours.
    Combine vinegar, cornstarch and water. Stir into stew.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chives.
