Chicken Excelsior House - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons lemon juice
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup mushroom
1/4 cup sherry wine
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and salt.
Melt butter.
Add paprika and lemon juice.
Roll chicken in butter mixture.
Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until done.
Mix sherry wine, sour cream and mushrooms .
Pour over chicken and bake 15 minutes more.
