Tuna And Black Olive Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 English muffins, split
    2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/4 cup sliced black olives
    3 tablespoons chopped red onions
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons butter
    6 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Lightly toast English muffins.
    In a bowl, flake tuna into small chunks. Toss with celery, olives and red onions.
    Add mayonnaise, stir to blend well and season with pepper.
    Place muffin halves cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread with butter. Divide tuna salad among muffins and top with cheese.
    Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
