Spicy Cheddar-Beer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 ounce) package extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (equals 2 1/2 c.up)
    1/2 cup beer
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon caraway seed
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper, ground
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients at medium speed.
    Cover and refrigerate.
