6 ounces swiss cheese, grated, or slices cut up
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Preparation

In small bowl, toss cheese and flour.
In small saucepan, heat buttermilk and cider.
Add cheese and caraway seeds.
Stir til melted.
Keep warm while serving.
Serve with chunks of rye bread for dipping.
