Swedish Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups butter
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon clove
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 dash salt
    4 teaspoons baking soda
    4 cups flour
    additional sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and molasses.
    Stir in spices and soda.
    Mix in flour.
    Roll into balls the size of walnuts and then in sugar.
    Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheets.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10-11 minutes until golden brown.
