Ingredients

2 pints cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb feta cheese, crumbled (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
fresh thyme sprig, for garnish
Preparation

In medium bowl, toss the tomatoes with the feta.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season to taste with salt and pepper; top with thyme.
