Spice Cake - Kruid Koek - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar or 1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 cup milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in small greased loaf pans at 375\u00b0F for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
