Greek Stewed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb zucchini, sliced in 1 inch rounds
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
    2 diced plum tomatoes
    3 tablespoons feta cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Simmer zucchini in tomato sauce along with oregano and diced tomatoes until softened, about 8 minutes.
    Sprinkle with feta.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
