Nutritarian Balls! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup oatmeal, steel cut
    1/2 cup quinoa
    1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
    1/3 cup date syrup
    1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
    1/2 cup ground flax seeds
    1/2 cup cacao, nibs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup walnuts
    1/4 cup almonds, slivered
Preparation
    Stir together in bowl, toss in refrigerator for about a hour, take out and roll into balls. You coulld swap out the cacao nibs for dry fruit, nuts, carrots.
