*Mock* Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups uncooked rice (white or brown)
2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup shredded carrot (optional)
1/4 cup peas (optional)
2 eggs, cooked and shredded (optional)
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded (optional)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash pepper
Preparation

Prepare rice as directed, putting the chicken bouillon cubes in the water as it heats.
In a skillet, place soy sauce and whatever vegetables you want in your rice, cooking thoroughly. Add garlic powder and salt to taste.
In a separate pan, cook the eggs and then shred them (optional).
When the rice is finished, put it into the skillet with the vegetables and soysauce, then add egg shreds. Mix, serve, and enjoy.
