Cuban Garlic Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

Mix all ingredients throughly with wire whisk. Serve at room temperature.
